Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
